MEET WILL HEINITSH

Will offers his clients extensive knowledge of the real estate market coupled with 27 years of living in and exploring the Lake Toxaway area. Prior to joining the Company, Will was a banking officer for a regional bank based in Asheville, NC where he developed an acute understanding of the real estate market in Western North Carolina. During his tenure at the bank he worked with the special asset team negotiating and selling a large volume of bank owned properties throughout the Carolinas. In addition, Will also maintained a significant commercial and residential loan portfolio. His passion and appreciation for the unique beauty of Lake Toxaway has drawn him back to become a Broker for the Lake Toxaway Company, with a desire to introduce others to the quiet pristine life he has treasured since childhood. \"Lake Toxaway offers generation after generation of families memories of a life time,\" said Will.

Will is an alumnus of The Hill School in Pennsylvania, and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia. Before returning to the mountains, Will lived in Washington DC where he worked for a senior Member of the House appropriations committee on Capitol Hill. When he can get away from the office, Will enjoys the outdoors-- hiking, fly-fishing, and playing golf.
